Celebration of the Winter Solstice

The Winter Solstice Celebration is one of the favorite and most memorable Seed events.  Held the last Friday evening before the winter holiday break, it is an evening of dancing and singing by the Seed children.  We work with a unifying theme or story and each class develops a dance as their contribution.  The celebration is held at McKemy Middle School in Tempe to accommodate the large number of families and friends who attend.  Don’t miss this spectacular, heartwarming event!  The after school program ends at 4:00 p.m. on the day of the Solstice Celebration.
