2024-2025 Tuition and Fee Schedule
Waiting List/Enrollment Fee:
A $100 non-refundable deposit places a child on the waiting list and becomes the enrollment fee upon registration. The deposit is required to enroll a new student but is not a guarantee of enrollment.
Tuition Deposit:
The Seed charges an annual tuition, divided into 10 monthly installments due in July through April. A deposit of $100 for current students and $500 for new students is due at the time of registration. The deposit is applied to the first monthly installment in July. No placement will be held for a student without payment of this deposit. Late fees apply to any returned NSF payments. Tuition & Fees Rate Sheet 2023-24
Payments:
Beginning June 1st, 2021 we will no longer accept check payments. All payments must be set up through ACH processing and run on the 15th or 25th of the month in which the invoice is billed. Exceptions will be made for “annual paid in full” payments made July 15th OR “semester paid in full” payments made July 15th and December 15th. For an alternative payment schedule, please contact Sarah Balluff. Electronic payments made through Gradelink and credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.
2024-2025 Tuition Rates K–4
Enrollment in the Seed’s elementary program builds on the curiosity and love of learning established during preschool years. Additionally, elementary students continue their education in small classes with a teacher and assistant for each group. Their rigorous preparation for the future includes academic, problem solving, artistic/expressive, interpersonal/intrapersonal, physical, and planetary stewardship. Elementary students at Awakening Seed learn to be wise leaders as they practice empathy and compassion toward others on a daily basis. Many of the intangibles that elementary students receive show up in their lives years after they’ve left the school.

Student Daily Rate
From time to time parents need an extra day beyond those regularly scheduled. These days must be pre-approved by school administration and the classroom teacher. Our updated daily tuition rate for students who attend school days beyond which those regularly scheduled is as follows:
- $70 per full day
- $40 per half day (morning or afternoon portion)
Before and After School Care
Before school – 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. No additional charge.
After School – 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. See rates below. All children must be picked up by 5:30 p.m.
2024-2025 After School Rates
Utilizing the after school program is easy and flexible. Reservation is not required and there are no minimums. At 3 p.m., children will transition from the classroom to the after school program. During the transition time, the first hour fee will be waived for children who are picked up by 3:15 p.m. Children who remain in the care of school staff beyond 3:15 will be assessed the rates depending on pick up time. All children must be picked up by 5:30 p.m.
Hourly billing is as follows:
3:00-4:00 p.m. 1 hour charge
4:01-5:00 p.m. additional hour charge
5:01-5:30 additional 1/2 hour charge

Summer Camp Registration & Fees:
2024 Summer Camp dates – June 3 through July 12.
Registration begins February 20, 2023. Priority registration for currently enrolled students for 6-week enrollment in February 20 thru March 1. 6-week open enrollment begins February 26 and individual week enrollment begins March 4.
